CNC Machining

CNC machining is a process that takes stock materials, like steel, and removes unwanted materials from the stock with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) devices that cut away excess material.

CNC machining is used in various industries along with various materials. Quicker than rapid prototyping and being extremely precise, CNC Machining processes can create custom-designed parts to fit almost all applications. Since CNC Machining is performed directly from 3-D CAD models, you can be 100% sure that the machined parts will be made exactly to your design specifications.

Custom Parts Made With High Precision

All CNC machined parts start out as models in a computer program called CAD (Computer Aided Design). A CAD drawing lays out your desired part in a 3-D modeling environment with exact measurements on every surface. This ensures that CNC machine knows exactly where to cut.
Once the layout is complete, the drawing and material are loaded into the CNC machine. The proper parameters are set for material dimensions and starting points. We then hit the start button and away it goes.
The finished product is produced from a single piece of material, giving you unparalleled strength and unrivaled accuracy. Your finished parts can be used effectively in any application you desire.
